Coodes LLP in St Austell is recruiting a Client Services Co-Ordinator to join our frontline team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers, delivering a welcoming and professional experience while directing enquiries to the appropriate team.
The role involves managing the front-of-house function, handling calls via Teams, triaging client enquiries, and providing administrative support to the Central Support team.

This role is integral to delivering an exceptional first impression of Coodes. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while supporting the wider business.

This is a full time position - 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
