An opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading law firms in Cornwall and Devon as a Lawyer in the Residential Property Department
In this newly created role you will work in our Residential Property Department and become a key member of our busy established team taking the client on their journey from the initial instruction stage to Post-Completion.
Manage a varied caseload from start to post completion including; Freehold and Leasehold sales & purchase, registered and unregistered land, equity release, buy-to-let, right to buy, lease extensions, newbuild, affordable/shared ownership housing and auctions.
You want to make a difference in a forward-thinking business that delivers great customer service coupled with a desire to innovate and improve the existing home purchase customer journey.

Our Residential Property team is an multi award winning team and work throughout Cornwalland Devon providing a personal bespoke service to clients, combining the newest technology with traditional professional standards of personal attention and service.

This is a full time position. 35 hours a week Monday to Friday however we welcome applications from candidates looking for alternative working arrangements.
