Job Description

We’re seeking a talented individual to join our successful tax team in Bristol where you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative duties to support the team and Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Formatting Word documents, PowerPoint presentations plus other standard documents
  • Arranging appointments, meetings and lunches
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Various adhoc admin tasks
  • Providing support to BD/Marketing including event organisation
  • Support to the National tax team and National Tax Director

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should

  • Be educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong attention to detail
  • Have excellent administration skills, including advanced ability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook
  • Understand the need for working discreetly and maintaining confidentiality
  • Have the ability to problem solve and work independently as required and prioritise workloads
