Client Service Administrator

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for a Client Service Administrator in Castle Bromwich, Birmingham. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering excellent client service and maintaining industry compliance. This position provides a chance to contribute significantly to our client's success.

Key Criteria:

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services.
  • Experience working in an IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Long-term commitment to a career in Client Service within Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry changes and maintain standards.
  • Conduct research and keep accurate records.
  • Engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle daily administration of Life, Investment, and Pensions products.
  • Coordinate with clients, providers, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff as needed.
  • Enjoy 3 days off at Christmas.
  • Birthday leave included.
  • Loyalty leave: 1 day after 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years (up to 26 days plus bank holidays).
  • Office hours: 9 am to 5 pm.
