PHS Group Ltd. is seeking a Customer Retentions Advisor in the Warrington area to build rapport with business customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. This role focuses on retaining customers through proactive telesales and account management.

You will work Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) with a base salary of £25,500 and an OTE of £38,200, plus a benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or telesales is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with business customers.
• Excellent listening and questioning to uncover needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Call existing business customers to understand needs and grow services.
• Listen to queries and concerns, ask questions to provide solutions and retain business.
