Job summary

Legalandgeneral is seeking a detail‑driven professional to oversee the collection and timely delivery of client and consultant data. You will apply investment management knowledge to support high‑quality client outcomes and coordinate ad hoc requests with SMEs across the business.

You will promote robust controls, document processes, and help develop the team by sharing knowledge and cross‑training while maintaining strong risk management and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Good academic background, preferably degree qualified.
• Understanding of the investment management industry.
• Significant attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Experience producing reports is preferable but not essential.
• Strong workflow management experience.
• Proficient IT skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the collation and timely delivery of client and consultant data.
• Applying investment management knowledge to support high-quality client outcomes.
• Coordinating ad hoc data requests with SMEs across the business.
• Promoting robust controls and documenting processes.
• Supporting team development by sharing knowledge and cross‑training.
• Reviewing and improving procedures, updating documentation and risk logs.
