Job summary

Legal & General (L&G) is a leading UK financial services group and major global investor. We are recruiting for a Client Reporting Analyst to join our Client Reporting team and deliver high-quality reporting and insights to important clients and consultants.

You'll develop an understanding of our data, systems and investment mandates while taking ownership of end-to-end client reporting delivery, including quarterly investment reports and ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and thoroughness.
• Understanding of the investment management industry is desirable.
• Prior experience producing reports is preferable but not essential.
• Strong workflow management experience and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the collation and timely delivery of client and consultant data, ensuring services are delivered within agreed service levels.
• Applying investment management knowledge to support high-quality client outcomes.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to coordinate and deliver ad hoc data requests.
• Documenting processes and controls to promote a robust control environment and mitigate risk.
• Sharing knowledge and cross-training colleagues to support the wider Client Service Operations network.
• Reviewing and improving procedures and controls, maintaining documentation and logging controls.
