Partners Capital Investment Group in London is seeking a Client Reporting Associate to join our Client Operations team. You will support trade settlement activity, client reporting production, and collaboration with client teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, numerical proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced investment environment, with room for progression into specialist functions within Client Operations.

Competenze

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a Maths A-Level preferred; or approximately 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and comfort with numbers.
• Able to prioritise daily workloads while working efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced investment environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.

Mansioni

• Understand clients and portfolios, supporting client teams in managing relationships and operations.
• Prepare and review performance reports as part of the annual reporting cycle.
• Produce monthly flashes, quarterly client statements, and annual tax reports.
• Investigate reporting errors identified by system checks or reviewers.
• Collaborate with Client Experience & Client Operations to coordinate client transfers and onboarding.
