Catch 22 in Garforth, Leeds is hiring a Team Leader for its Temporary Facilities Management & Property recruitment division. Lead a small team, manage client and candidate relationships, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

You do not need recruitment experience, but strong people management and customer service skills are essential. You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality service, overseeing workload, identifying new business opportunities, and working with leadership

Are you a strong people manager from retail, hospitality or another fast-paced customer service environment? Looking for a career where your people skills and commercial ability can earn you more?

We're looking for an ambitious Team Leader to join our Temporary Facilities Management & Property recruitment division in our amazing office space, Garforth.

You do not need previous recruitment experience.

We're much more interested in someone who knows how to manage people, deliver great customer service, work at pace and achieve targets.

What you'll be doing

You'll lead and develop a small team while building relationships with clients and candidates. It's a busy, varied role combining people management, customer service, sales and problem-solving.
