An exciting opportunity within the London Client Relationship team of Quilter Cheviot, a fast-growing company and a strong market leader in the Wealth Management industry. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop within the Financial Planning & Wealth Management industry.
We have a diverse team of 10 Client Relationship team members with vast knowledge and experience. We work alongside the paraplanning team and support 20 Financial Planners. This role is dynamic with the ability to work with a variety of financial products with Quilter and third-party providers.
The business as a whole and the Client Relationship team is very inclusive and one that instils strong teamwork. Quilter is also a company that is keen on personal and professional development.
Preparing high quality meeting packs/recommendation reports and application forms as per advice recommendations in readiness for client meetings.
Submission of new business with various providers, including Quilter Investment Platform and managing the progress of each case to ensure the advice is implemented correctly.
Communicate with clients consistently via telephone and email, providing updates on ongoing cases and assisting with ad-hoc queries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate client records which are updated accordingly on our inhouse system, X-Plan.
Ensure you have a thorough understanding of the Quilter Cheviot ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ philosophy via various inhouse training.
You will need to be highly organised, proactive and use your initiative.
Ability to manage and prioritise workloads independently and take ownership and responsibility of it.
Collaborate with your colleagues to achieve best client outcomes.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and adapt to change quickly.
Possess excellent written skills and high attention to detail.
Positive and professional attitude with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ideally have experience within the financial planning industry to support your understanding of the processes we follow and the products we recommend.
Strong IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft packages
