We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to assist with delivering central processes and business growth nationwide. Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactive relationship management with existing clients through meetings, calls, and emails
• Ensuring compliance with Terms of Business and Service Level Agreements
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
• Promptly addressing client inquiries and issues
• Analyzing client needs to tailor solutions
• Onboarding new assets and portfolios
• Inspecting assets annually with the Asset Manager
• Maintaining high standards of portfolio performance
• Exhibiting excellent organizational and communication skills
• Reporting at all levels with attention to detail
• ARLA Level 3 qualification minimum
• Knowledge of the property and lettings industry and nationwide property markets
• Experience dealing with high-end stakeholders and investments
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable approach

Details:

• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Nationwide travel required
• Driving license and personal car preferred
