We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to assist with delivering central processes & business growth nationwide. The ideal candidate will emphasize high-standard service delivery and be passionate about providing a first-class experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Proactive relationship management: engaging with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to understand their needs.
2. Ensuring compliance with Terms of Business and Service Level Agreements.
3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery.
4. Promptly addressing client inquiries, complaints, and issues with solutions to maintain satisfaction.
5. Analyzing client needs to tailor solutions and services.
6. Managing onboarding of new assets/portfolios across the company.
7. Inspecting all assets annually with the Asset Manager to ensure high standards.
8. Maintaining high portfolio performance standards.
9. Exhibiting excellent organizational and communication skills.
10. Reporting at all levels with attention to detail.
11. ARLA Level 3 qualification minimum.
12. Knowledge of the Property & Lettings Industry and experience with high-end stakeholders and investments.
13. Understanding nationwide property markets.
14. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize workload.
15. Flexible and adaptable work approach.

● Hours: 40 hours per week

● Nationwide travel required
