We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to assist with delivering central processes and business growth nationwide. The ideal candidate will emphasize delivering high-quality service and be passionate about providing a first-class experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactive relationship management: engaging with existing clients through meetings, calls, and emails to understand their needs and concerns
- Ensuring compliance with Terms of Business and Service Level Agreements
- Collaborating with internal teams like lettings, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless client experience
- Addressing client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, providing solutions to maintain high satisfaction
- Conducting in-depth analysis of client needs to tailor solutions and services
- Managing onboarding of new assets and portfolios company-wide
- Inspecting assets annually with the Asset Manager to ensure high management standards
- Maintaining portfolio performance to a high standard
- Demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills
- Reporting effectively at all levels
- ARLA Qualified to at least Level 3
- Having experience and knowledge of the property and lettings industry
- Dealing with high-end stakeholders and educating on investments
- Understanding nationwide property markets
- Being self-motivated and able to work independently
- Prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
- Being flexible and adaptable in approach
