Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactive relationship management: engaging with existing clients through meetings, calls, and emails to understand their needs and concerns
• Ensuring compliance with Terms of Business and Service Level Agreements
• Collaborating with internal teams like lettings, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless client experience
• Addressing client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, providing solutions to maintain high satisfaction
• Conducting in-depth analysis of client needs to tailor solutions and services
• Managing onboarding of new assets and portfolios company-wide
• Inspecting assets annually with the Asset Manager to ensure high management standards
• Maintaining portfolio performance to a high standard
• Demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills
• Reporting effectively at all levels
• ARLA Qualified to at least Level 3
• Having experience and knowledge of the property and lettings industry
• Dealing with high-end stakeholders and educating on investments
• Understanding nationwide property markets
• Being self-motivated and able to work independently
• Prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
• Being flexible and adaptable in approach
