Role Overview

Position: Client Relationship / Sales / Business Development / Relationship Manager

Location: London Hybrid – 3 days in the office & 2 days at home

Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week

Package: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and incentive-based rewards

Job Purpose

You will join QA as a Client Relationship Manager, focusing on growing your account base through prospecting for new business and nurturing existing customers using sales techniques from our in-house sales academy and on-the-job coaching. Strategically prospect new business and nurture your existing client base to maximize high-value and long-term opportunities.

A Typical Day
  1. Identify and liaise with key stakeholders/decision makers for new and existing customers/partners via phone and email to maximize sales opportunities.
  2. Prospect for new customers/partners while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
  3. Facilitate client meetings to discuss solutions and maximize sales.
  4. Prepare quotes and proposals, delivering high-quality presentations aligned with customer requirements.
  5. Analyze sales data to prioritize your sales pipeline and achieve targets.
