Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded Client Relationship Manager with a passion for client care and networking skills. You will develop strong relationships within key accounts, enhance existing services, and grow contracts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain excellent relationships across designated accounts.
2. Collaborate with clients on all business activities to understand the overall contract.
3. Gain in-depth knowledge of the client’s business sector.
4. Host regular service reviews to promote continuous improvement and gather feedback.
5. Ensure delivery of excellent service, hosting reviews and understanding all services and products.
6. Act as the liaison for escalations.
7. Understand client needs, identify, and pursue new business opportunities.
8. Present capabilities and range of services, including product demonstrations.
9. Draft solution specifications, quotations, and support pre-sales activities.
10. Draft and maintain client contract documents such as Service Manuals and SLAs.

Requirements
