We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager for our Financial Planning & Wealth Management firm based in Fareham in Hampshire.

Position Overview

The position will involve providing support for our clients, Financial Planners, Paraplanners and the Operations Director.

Thorough computer skills are essential and in particular a working knowledge of provider platforms is essential and use of Intelligent Office back office system would be desirable.

Initial Areas of Responsibility

• Sending and chasing Letters of Authority
• Processing and submitting all business applications and chasing through to completion
• Processing and submitting Withdrawals, Top Ups, Switches and Bed and ISAs, chasing through to completion
• Produce paperwork including portfolio valuations in advance of client annual review meetings including the Annual Review Suitability Letter following the Annual Review
• General administration including meeting and greeting clients, parking management, mailshots, incoming/outgoing post
• Being first point of contact for clients

• Generous Basic Salary between £26k to £30k
