Job summary

Which? is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Cardiff. You'll be the main contact for a portfolio of Which? Trusted Trader businesses, helping them maximise their endorsement and safeguard consumers across the UK.

Your work is to educate, support and inspire these businesses to become Champions of the scheme, building trusted relationships and driving value through proactive calls and timely emails.

This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working in Cardiff with [Wednesdays weekly in the office], 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

Salary: 25,000 - £26,520 per annum

Which? is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our team. You'll be the main contact for a portfolio of Which? Trusted Trader businesses, helping them make the most of their endorsement.

You'll spend your time building strong connections with endorsed businesses and making sure they feel valued and supported. Could this be the perfect fit for you?

• Acting as the main contact for your portfolio of accounts, providing excellent customer service through calls and emails
• Supporting endorsed businesses to make the most of their endorsement and helping to retain accounts
• Managing any compliance issues to protect the integrity of the scheme and reduce consumer harm
• Taking part in your own development and working as part of the team

About You

• Proven account management experience
• Consistent ability to manage a busy workload
• Ability to meet or exceed set targets
• Experience of providing value to clients through emails and calls to build successful ongoing relationships

The interview process:

1.5 hour interview including a 20 minute roleplay with hiring manager and a member of Trusted Traders leadership team
