Job summary

Which? is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Cardiff. You'll be the main contact for a portfolio of Which? Trusted Trader businesses, helping them maximise their endorsement and safeguard consumers across the UK.

Your work is to educate, support and inspire these businesses to become Champions of the scheme, building trusted relationships and driving value through proactive calls and timely emails.

Qualifications

• Proven account management experience.
• Ability to manage a busy workload.
• Ability to meet or exceed set targets.
• Experience of providing value to clients through emails and calls.
• Refer to role profile for full essential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main contact for your portfolio of accounts, providing excellent customer service through calls and emails.
• Supporting endorsed businesses to maximise their endorsement and retain accounts.
• Managing compliance issues to protect the integrity of the scheme and reduce consumer harm.
• Participating in your own development and working as part of the team.
