Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our new business team and serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. The role is office-based, supporting Criminal, Family and Private Client teams from either Liverpool or Runcorn offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality client care.

Responsabilités

• Providing initial quotes.
• Following up using our client relationship software.
• Guiding and supporting clients through our onboarding process.
• Allocating clients to our solicitors and ensuring attention to detail.
• Delivering a positive experience for clients, colleagues and ambassadors.
