Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in Northampton is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Private Client team. You will lead a team of fee earners and support staff, while developing new clients and managing the existing client base.

You will be expected to promote the firm through networking and local marketing to secure pipeline work and help grow the unit. This role offers development opportunities and a path to further team expansion.

Qualifications

• Evidence of experience managing a team of fee earners & support staff.
• Ability to develop new clients and manage the existing client base.
• Proven ability to promote the firm via networking and local marketing.

Responsabilités

• Estate administration including inheritance tax.
• Creation and administration of trusts.
• Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney.
• Drafting of estate/trust accounts.
• Online research services and case management systems.
• Attending clients in the office or visiting them at hospital, care home, or residence.
