Job summary

Award-winning interior design consultancy in the UK is seeking a Client Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple refurbishment projects across a nationwide estate. You’ll coordinate around 15 projects annually, lead client communications, and work with designers, technical specialists, contractors and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• At least five years' experience in Project Management or Design Management within built environment.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, technical drawings and UK building regulations.

• Commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK.

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to deliver high-profile interior programmes for a major national brand?

We're working with an award-winning consultancy that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative work across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Client Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects across a nationwide estate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes, building strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Description

Working as the key client-facing delivery lead, you'll coordinate around 15 projects each year, managing multiple live sites simultaneously while collaborating with designers, technical specialists, contractors and consultants.

You'll be responsible for ensuring projects progress smoothly from concept through to completion, maintaining programme momentum while balancing commercial performance with outstanding client service.

Experience

You'll be a highly organised Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where no two days are the same.

We're looking for someone with

• At least five years' experience in Project Management or Design Management (within the built environment or interior design)


• A solid understanding of construction processes, technical drawings and UK building regulations


• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work directly with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams


• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects


• A commercially aware approach with strong attention to detail


• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure


• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK

Remuneration

• Salary of circa £50,000–£55,000 depending on experience


• Hybrid working, based from a Midlands office with regular UK travel
