My client is based in the centre of Manchester and they are currently recruiting for a Client Portfolio Manager to join their investment team.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as a point of contact for clients.
  2. Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively with clients via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face interactions.
  3. Assist in maintaining long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  4. Identify business development opportunities within the existing client base.
  5. Work alongside the Senior Client Manager following meetings to discuss the client's circumstances and participate in creating and implementing financial strategies to meet their objectives.
  6. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, keep them informed, answer queries, and arrange review meetings.
  7. Identify client needs during reviews and prepare accordingly, collaborating with colleagues and teams as appropriate.
  8. Articulate our services to clients and identify business opportunities based on their needs.
  9. Understand client needs and respond effectively with appropriate service suggestions.
  10. Ensure all clients are contacted regularly.
  11. Ensure client-facing documents are accurate and appropriate for each client.
Requirements
  • Solid investment industry experience.
  • Investment Advice Diploma is essential or close to completion.
