Responsibilities:

1. Manage a growing and diverse loan book, collaborating closely with the Managing Director and Financial Controller.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong client relationships.
3. Oversee the recovery process, liaising with solicitors, LPA receivers, and property professionals.
4. Develop and document procedures and policies for effective loan management.
5. Utilize bespoke loan management software to monitor and manage loans.
6. Handle property management and development tasks.
