Our client is a well-established professional services firm in Gloucester, with a team of 14 staff providing Audit, Accounts, and Taxation services to a diverse range of OMB clients both locally and nationally.

Description

• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Mentor and develop a team of junior accountants, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, and performance evaluation.
• Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
• Work as part of an established team handling Accounts, Taxation, and some audits.

Profile

Successful candidates should have:

• A degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) or be part-qualified and qualified by experience.
• Proven experience in the professional services industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• An analytical mindset with strategic abilities.

Job Offer
