Job Description

• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Mentor and develop a team of junior accountants, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and building an effective team dynamic.
• Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
• Work as part of an established team dealing with Accounts, Taxation, and some audits.

The Successful Applicant

The successful accountant should have:

• A degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) or be part-qualified and qualified by experience.
• Proven experience in the professional services industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and finance software.
• An analytical mind with strategic abilities.
