Client Partner - Banking & Financial Services

Position Description

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • End-to-end sales to new clients in the Banking & Financial Markets sector.
  • Seeking out and identifying new opportunities, building a sales pipeline, and achieving targets with profitable, sustainable wins.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their business, markets, and challenges, and responding with effective plans.
  • Contributing to CGI's go-to-market strategy with insights on market trends affecting clients.
  • Leading and supporting team development and operational management.
  • Managing financial and operational aspects of your area and team.

Required qualifications

  • Proven success in sales, business development, and operational management within banking or financial services.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of UK and Asia banking industries, including trends and regulations.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and consultative selling skills.
  • Good technical IT background.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in bid management, proposal writing, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and delivery plans.
