Job summary

Hippo is seeking a Client Operations Executive to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Account Managers and Client Partners. The role sits at the operational backbone of client engagements, enabling the account-owning team to focus on clients by handling onboarding, data quality, CV tailoring, compliance checks and reporting.

The role requires a proactive, organised individual who can adapt in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks across systems.

Qualifications

• Proactive, independent worker with strong problem-solving.
• Attention to data quality and pricing accuracy.
• Experience with CRM/PSA tools and onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage IR35 checks and compliance tasks.
• Good communication across client teams and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support data integrity in Kimble/Kantata and CRM records.
• Assist with pricing schedules for new SOWs and contracts.
• Manage IR35 checks and onboarding compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding with Resourcing, Delivery and account teams.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and monthly reports for clients.
• Support client communications and cross-team collaboration.
