Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. in Hinckley is seeking an Onboarding Account Manager to guide new clients through their initial setup and maximize their use of our services from day one.

You will be the friendly first point of contact, coordinating onboarding calls and delivering engaging demonstrations of our consultancy tools. In this fast-paced role you will own the client journey for the first 30 days, resolve issues promptly, and help customers realise value.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (telephone-based preferred).
• Confident communicator adapting to varied client needs.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact new clients to schedule onboarding calls.
• Demonstrate walkthroughs of consultancy systems and tools.
• Serve as primary support during the first 30 days.
• Identify disengaged users and tailor re-engagement training.
• Own and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Host online demos and webinars of consultancy solutions.
• Meet and exceed personal KPIs while supporting the team.
• Champion exceptional client experience to boost satisfaction and retention.
