Job summary

TP ICAP in Belfast is seeking a Graduate Client Onboarding Associate to join the Client Onboarding team. You will learn BAU activities, support the Team Lead, and gain exposure to the Financial Services sector in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle onboarding cases, perform KYC/AML checks, monitor media alerts, use screening tools, manage group mailbox, and build relationships with Operations and Front Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver BAU client lifecycle processes with defined service levels.
• Complete onboarding cases including KYC/AML checks for low/medium/high risk clients.
• Monitor negative media alerts; investigate and escalate as needed.
• Use screening tools for efficient client screening in BAU cases.
• Assist with group mailbox management and respond to queries.
• Build relationships with Operations and Front Office stakeholders.
• Liaise with the Anti-Financial Crime team in London on escalated AML/KYC cases.
