M2 Recruitment seeks an experienced Client Manager for an Invoice Finance portfolio in Birmingham. You will deliver day-to-day client management, assess risk, and drive value through strong relationships.

Requirements include previous client management in Invoice Finance, excellent attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and strong planning, organisation, and communication with senior management.

Formación

• Previous client management experience within Invoice Finance.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Administration, planning and organising skills with good time management
• Communicate effectively with Senior Management.

Responsabilidades

• Maximise client life and satisfaction by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Apply rigorous risk management, ensuring potential client risk issues are identified quickly and dealt with effectively.
• Identify opportunities to add value to client relationships, ensuring pricing reflects client risk and management, and opportunities for additional services are identified.
• Authorise client payments and overpayments as laid down by the company’s Credit Policy.
• Oversee collection and review of financial information/operating conditions from clients.
• Train staff to deliver service excellence and maintain robust risk management practices.
• Oversee client revenue and ensure appropriate fees are taken and passed.
• Complete client reviews.
• Visit clients as required with proactive management of visit schedules for high-risk/key clients.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, client service and risk management.
