Responsabilités

• Maximise client life and satisfaction by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Apply rigorous risk management, ensuring potential client risk issues are identified quickly and dealt with effectively.
• Identify opportunities to add value to client relationships, ensuring pricing reflects client risk and management, and opportunities for additional services are identified.
• Authorise client payments and overpayments as laid down by the company’s Credit Policy.
• Oversee collection and review of financial information/operating conditions from clients.
• Train staff to deliver service excellence and maintain robust risk management practices.
• Oversee client revenue and ensure appropriate fees are taken and passed.
• Complete client reviews.
• Visit clients as required with proactive management of visit schedules for high-risk/key clients.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, client service and risk management.

Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experience Client Manager to join a successful independent Invoice Finance funder in the Midlands, during an exciting period of growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of clients, providing an exceptional level of customer service, whilst managing and monitoring risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• To maximise client life and satisfaction by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Apply rigorous risk management, ensuring potential client risk issues are identified quickly and dealt with effectively.
• To identify opportunities to add value to client relationships, ensuring pricing reflects client risk and management, and that opportunities to provide additional services are identified.
• Authorising Client payments and overpayments on occasions as laid down by the company’s Credit Policy.
• Oversee collection and review of financial information/operating conditions from clients.
• Training staff to deliver service excellence and maintain robust risk management practices.
• Responsible for overseeing client revenue and ensuring appropriate fees are taken and passed.
• Complete client reviews.
• To visit clients as required, with proactive management of visit schedules depending on higher risk/key clients.
• Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, client service and risk management throughout the company.
