LHH Recruitment Solutions in Shropshire is seeking a Client Manager to lead a growing client portfolio within a modern, supportive practice. This flexible opportunity sits from Senior Accountant up to Client Manager level, depending on experience, with real progression as the business expands.

You will manage client accounts, deliver accounts preparation and review work, and produce corporation and personal tax returns while offering advisory support to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accountancy practice at Senior Accountant to Manager level.
• Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax.
• Confident managing a client portfolio independently.
• Experience reviewing work and guiding junior staff.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Proactive and commercially aware with strong organisation.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
• Delivering accounts preparation and review work to a high standard.
• Producing and reviewing corporation tax and personal tax returns.
• Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and ongoing support.
• Providing advice on corporate and personal tax planning matters.
• Reviewing work completed by junior team members.
• Supporting, supervising, and mentoring junior staff where appropriate.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
