TPF Recruitment Ltd in Salisbury seeks an ACA or ACCA qualified Client Manager to manage a varied portfolio of clients, including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. You will review accounts and tax returns, provide commercial advice, and nurture long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience with relevant practice experience).
• Experience in a UK Chartered Accountants firm.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients independently.
• Strong knowledge of accounts and business taxation.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff.
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
• Salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and qualification status.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of limited companies, sole traders and partnerships across a range of industries.
• Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and corporation tax returns prepared by the wider team.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing commercial and technical advice.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Identifying tax planning and advisory opportunities and working alongside specialist teams where appropriate.
• Managing client deadlines, budgets and workflow to ensure work is delivered efficiently.
• Supporting, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members.
