Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong practice background.
• Confident dealing directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a small team of accounting staff.
• Plan and oversee team workloads and workflows.
• Review and oversee the preparation of year-end accounts.
• Oversee bookkeeping, VAT returns and tax compliance.
• Review work to ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and act as key contact.
• Build strong professional client relationships.
• Mentor team members and develop their skills.
• Identify workflow improvements to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to deliver excellent client service.
