Job summary

Cripps Recruitment Limited seeks a Client Manager for its Oxford client to manage a key portfolio, lead client meetings, and advise on accounting matters. You will handle statutory and management accounts, taxes, and company secretarial work.

Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA part-qualified with at least 3 years in practice, with excellent relationship-building and the ability to work under pressure while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA part-qualified or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years accounting experience in practice.
• Experience preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, corporation tax, VAT and personal tax.
• Experience handling company secretarial matters and setting up limited companies.
• Strong client-management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and advise clients, responding promptly to queries.
• Prepare/review statutory accounts, management accounts, corporation tax, VAT and personal tax.
• Handle company secretarial matters for clients.
• Set up limited companies and complete directors' payroll.
• Support and develop existing client relationships and assist with business development.
