Job summary

Additional Resources is seeking a Client Manager (Accountant) to join an accountancy practice delivering accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and tax services to small businesses.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, oversee a small accounting team and provide technical guidance, compliance support and accountancy advice. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role with two days work-from-home and a salary of £53,500–£58,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Full membership of a recognised chartered accountancy body (ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
• Approximately 5 years of accountancy practice experience with a varied client portfolio.
• Experience in preparing, reviewing and checking statutory accounts and tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation, review and submission of accounts and tax returns for various client structures.
• Supervise and support a small accounting team and oversee workloads.
• Provide technical guidance, training and development to team members.
