Xeinadin Group Limited in Gloucestershire seeks a Portfolio/Accounts Manager to lead client relationships across a growing portfolio, ensuring high service levels and strategic growth. You will manage and develop client accounts, drive profitability, and oversee team performance while upholding professional standards and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.

The role requires ACCA/ACA and at least 3 years PQE, with a focus on leadership and client service within a dynamic accountancy

About the Role:

The role of the Portfolio Manager is to build and manage client relationships, oversee client portfolios, and deliver an outstanding service that enhances the firm's reputation and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and the delivery of all actions, deadlines, and client discussions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, directors, and staff.
• Review team files to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and statutory regulations, identifying and addressing any issues.
• Provide industry-leading insights, advice, and solutions to enhance the firm's reputation and expand the client base.
• Drive efficiency and profitability by implementing best practices and leveraging technology.
• Contribute to strategic and business planning, focusing on increasing revenue and profits.
• Hold responsibility for managing client relationships, ensuring maximum value, quality, and compliance.
• Complete a personal portfolio of client work, offering expert insights and advice to clients.

Key Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA qualified
• At least 3 years PQE working in a General Practice role
• Demonstrable experience leading client relationships
• Being IT savvy and comfortable upgrading and working with technology
