Job summary

Trial Balance in Barnstaple is seeking an experienced Client Manager to oversee a diverse client portfolio, guiding them on accounting, taxation and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients and supporting them with their ongoing accounting, taxation and reporting requirements.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and proactive relationships and providing practical advice and support.
• Preparing and reviewing accounts and tax compliance work to ensure a consistently high standard of delivery.
• Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner, identifying issues and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Working closely with colleagues and senior leadership to ensure client deadlines and service standards are consistently met.
• Mentoring and developing junior members of the team, providing guidance, feedback and technical support.
• Identifying opportunities to add value to existing client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

An increase in demand for their services has led to a new vacancy for an experiencedClient Manager in their Barnstaple office, to join in what is a really exciting time for the business.

The main duties in this Client Manager position will include:

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients and supporting them with their ongoing accounting, taxation and reporting requirements
