Qualifications

Client Manager - Barnstaple - £35,000 - £45,000

Trial Balance are pleased to be working with an accountancy practice which has developed an excellent reputation in the local market, and one which enjoys a very low staff turnover rate. An increase in demand for their services has led to a new vacancy for an experienced Client Manager in their Barnstaple office, to join in what is a really exciting time for the business.

The main duties in this Client Manager position will include:

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients and supporting them with their ongoing accounting, taxation and reporting requirements
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and proactive relationships and providing practical advice and support
• Preparing and reviewing accounts and tax compliance work to ensure a consistently high standard of delivery
• Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner, identifying issues and recommending appropriate solutions
• Working closely with colleagues and senior leadership to ensure client deadlines and service standards are consistently met
• Mentoring and developing junior members of the team, providing guidance, feedback and technical support
• Identifying opportunities to add value to existing client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice

This Client Manager role would be a great fit for an experienced accountant with a strong background in an accountancy practice environment.

Whilst ACA or ACCA qualifications would be highly beneficial, applications are welcomed from candidates with strong experience in an accountancy practice environment.
