Job summary

Berlin Packaging EMEA is looking for an Account Coordinator to support multiple business units by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

You will act as the main contact for orders, quotations, invoicing, stock, and logistics, contributing to customer satisfaction and continued wallet share. Strong communication and organization are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an office-based customer service or internal sales support role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Confident problem-solver with a professional and positive approach.
• Reliable, adaptable and trustworthy.
• Desirable: Understanding of customer forecasting.
• Desirable: Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, orders, quotations, invoicing, and logistics.
• Manage customer accounts across various industry sectors.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely, appropriate resolutions.
• Process and manage sales and purchase orders.
• Monitor stock levels to minimise shortages and over-stock.
• Support inventory management targets and coordination with procurement, logistics and inventory teams.
