Client Lead – Public Sector

About the Role

This is a strategic client-facing role focused on developing partnerships across public sector accounts. You’ll be the key point of contact for senior stakeholders, shaping engagement strategies and uncovering new opportunities across services and solutions.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of public sector clients
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Align services to government priorities, funding models, and policy goals
  • Drive expansion by identifying new commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure exceptional outcomes
  • Stay up to date with public sector frameworks, procurement processes, and trends

About You

  • Experience building or growing relationships within the public sector (ideally DWP, HMRC, UK defence)
  • Strong understanding of government buying processes and funding frameworks
  • Commercially sharp and confident influencing at senior stakeholder level
  • Able to thrive in a fast-moving, purpose-led business
  • Passionate about innovation, inclusion, and social impact
  • London-based or able to be in the office 4 days per week
