We’re hiring for a Client Lead to join The Global Addressable Media team in London.

Purpose of the Role

The Global Addressable Media team works across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and drive sustainable growth. We believe in the core principle of Value for All, leading the transformation of the digital advertising industry to create honest, clear, and meaningful value exchanges for our people, clients, society, consumers, and the media industry. Our team of over 100 colleagues from 30+ nationalities runs digital campaigns for advertisers across 50+ markets worldwide, working closely with platforms like Google, Meta, and Amazon to leverage their technologies. If you want to lead the transformation of digital advertising with us, this role is for you.

The Client Lead will provide strategic recommendations and manage resources to meet client needs. You will be a trusted advisor, understanding and utilizing client business insights to advance their business, leading daily activities, identifying new opportunities, and working with other departments to develop strategies that grow the client’s business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Structure, lead, and manage the pod to deliver business results according to targets.
2. Contribute to shaping your pod, including setting KPIs, training, and hiring key team members.
3. Manage financial processes, forecasting, and reporting.
4. Manage team tasks, workload, resources, and objectives.
5. Contribute to wider team initiatives such as training and new business development.

Qualifications + Skills

• Several years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing, with strong media planning and buying knowledge.
• Expertise in Programmatic and Paid Social buying.
• Advanced relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with service & solution frameworks and methods.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
