Job summary

Carter Murray is seeking a Client Development & Insights Executive in Edinburgh, with flexibility for Manchester or Leeds. The 12-month FTC role sits within the International law firm's Business Development team, focusing on client feedback, insights and sector BD.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, marketing or professional services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical skills to translate data into clear insights.
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support client feedback programme activities including outreach, scheduling interviews, drafting reports and identifying themes.
Administer client experience platform including surveys, dashboards, users and training.
Produce client, market and relationship analysis across practices, sectors and offices.
Prepare regular sector briefings with market trends and client priorities.
Coordinate cross-border client and sector initiatives with BD colleagues and international offices.
Track budgets, coordinate hospitality and sponsorship activity, and maintain programme trackers.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring actions and deadlines are met.
