Job summary

Eunomia Systems Limited in Farnborough is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Manager to blend proactive sales with account management. You’ll generate leads, conduct demonstrations of the OneCare platform, and guide prospects from first contact to signed contracts.

Once onboarded, you’ll manage the full lifecycle, renewals, and upsell opportunities, ensuring customers realise real value from the platform while maintaining strong relationships across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in proactive sales, including cold calling and using social media to generate leads.
• Strong relationship-building and account-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work toward targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
• Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities within accounts.
• Maintain CRM and provide regular pipeline reports to management.
