Get Recruited (UK) Ltd in Market Harborough is recruiting a Junior Account Manager to build strong client relationships, manage multiple projects and own key accounts commercially. You will work with the department lead to deliver projects, meet KPIs and SLAs, forecast profitability, and spot opportunities to grow accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships across multiple projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting and account profitability.
• Experience using CRM systems to track client information and activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage client projects from brief to delivery and lead client meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, forecast profitability and invoicing.
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop existing client accounts.
• Coordinate project delivery across departments and maintain CRM records.
