Add People seeks an experienced Local SEO Account Manager to oversee a high-volume, client-facing portfolio for SME clients in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage relationships, report on campaign performance and work with Local SEO specialists to drive results while expanding your digital marketing knowledge.

• Experience in account management, customer service or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communicator handling high-volume client interactions.
• Strong relationship-building and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities.
• Desirable: digital marketing or SEO experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high-volume portfolio of client relationships.
• Communicating regularly with clients across phone, video and email.
• Building strong, long-term relationships and managing client expectations.
• Reporting on campaign performance and explaining results clearly.
• Recommending changes and improvements to campaigns.
• Working closely with our Local SEO specialists to support client performance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve clients' wider digital marketing presence.
• Introducing additional services where they could benefit the clients' business.
