Job summary

Reflex Group, a UK print and packaging leader, seeks an Internal Sales Administrator for its Boston site to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support. You will manage orders, quotations, and customer records while coordinating with production and operations to meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in customer service or sales support, excellent communication skills, and strong IT proficiency, including CRM/ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, internal sales or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong telephone manner and confidence with customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues professionally.
• Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
• Create accurate customer quotations in line with company pricing and service requirements.
• Proactively follow up quotations to maximise conversion opportunities and generate sales.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through professional and responsive communication.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Act as an escalation point for customer queries, concerns, and service issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Liaise effectively with production, operations, and other internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Support the wider sales and customer service team with administrative and commercial activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and quality standards.
