Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and advice to clients ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Answer client queries, manage renewals and mid-term adjustments professionally and promptly.
• Handle new business quotations and market presentations within agreed timescales.
• Ensure all policy administration is accurate and timely.
• Focus on timely collection of client money following company procedures.
• Be proactive in suggesting alternative products and advising on cover gaps with regular reviews.
