Job summary

Lloyd & Whyte, part of the Benefact Group, is seeking a Client Service Adviser to join the Affinity GI team in Stevenage. You will deliver high-quality service and advice to maximise client satisfaction, retention and income targets.

The role requires experience in a regulated environment, strong telephone communication, and a proactive approach to renewals, reviews, and cross-selling of suitable products. Starting salary £25,000 with bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policy administration is handled professionally and timely.
• Provide support and advice to clients throughout the policy life cycle, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Be proactive in generating leads and promoting alternative products, advising on potential gaps in cover, and encouraging insurance reviews.
• Offer a proactive renewal service using best endeavours to retain clients, promoting key selling features and liaising with insurers.
• Underwrite scheme policies within the underwriting authority level and referral guidelines.
