Benefact Group plc in Llanelli is seeking an Insurance Adviser to join Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking in our Llanelli office. You’ll provide professional service and advice to clients to maximise satisfaction and support the business income targets.

The role offers a collaborative, inclusive culture with opportunities to develop and contribute to community-focused insurance solutions. 35 hours per week, permanent contract, starting salary £24,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and advice ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Handle client queries, renewals and mid-term adjustments in a timely manner.
• Process quotations and prepare market presentations to support business goals.
• Ensure all policy administration is completed professionally and promptly.
• Assist with timely collection of client money following procedures.
• Proactively discuss alternative products and conduct insurance reviews with clients.

As an Insurance Adviser you'll provide exceptional service and advice to clients in order to maximise client satisfaction in order to achieve existing and new business income targets in support of the business strategy.

What you'll be doing

• Providing professional support and advice to clients ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction
• Answering client queries, deal with renewals and mid term adjustments in a professional and timely manner
• Dealing with new business quotations and/or market presentations within agreed timescales, contributing to the achievement of team objectives and business goals.
• Ensuring all policy administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner
• Focusing on timely collection of client money in accordance company procedures
• Be proactive - making clients aware of alternative products, advising clients of potential gaps in cover and providing effective insurance reviews with clients regularly

What you'll need to have

• Confidence and capability of building rapport over the telephone to provide an excellent client experience
• Ability to provide holistic advice based reviews and recommendations to clients
• Tenacious and motivated towards meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Organised, resourceful, deadline driven and supportive of the wider team
• Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client focused environment
